HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
ERGON SA has developed Safety and Health policy taking preventive measures for physical health and mental well-being of its employees.
• Based on continuous training in health and safety, with the participation of all the staff, aimed at continuous improvement of working conditions.
• Complying with the legal provisions in force concerning its production activities.
• Takes the necessary protective and preventive measures for a safe working environment, in order to achieve the goal of zero accidents and occupational illnesses.
Measures for Safety and Health at Work, are reviewed annually by the Administration, the purpose of continuous improvement and communicated to all employees.
