CONCRETE PRODUCTION<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u0395\u03a1\u0393\u039f\u039d S.A.<\/strong> has two concrete production units. A fixed unit which is installed on the 2nd km of Florina Thessaloniki, well organized and equipped with a modern brewery with a production capacity of 105 m3 per hour, of German origin of the company ELBA and a mobile unit with a capacity of 80 m3 per hour type Mobispa 2 to meet the needs of its projects but also of its clients.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The production units are equipped with dynamometers for accurate weighing of all raw materials used for the production of concrete, with sensors for measuring the humidity of aggregates and have an automated scada production system.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Customer is provided with a detailed record sheet for each shipment in order to know the exact composition used for the production of his batch as well as the production\u2019s conditions. (Temperature, Humidity etc.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The production units have an equipped laboratory with a concrete test maintenance chamber, staffed with supervising Civil Engineers and laboratory staff, where all the required quality controls are performed daily on both fresh and hardened concrete according to the standards of Greek Legislation. The equipment of the laboratory is checked every year by a certified calibration body.<\/p>\n

The company also has its own equipment for transporting and pumping concrete so that the transport and delivery of products is properly organized and the final product is delivered to the customer meeting the strictest specifications.<\/p>\n

The human resources of the company is trained for the correct handling, safety at work but also for the optimal conditions of transport and the delivery of concrete to the project.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1046″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

MOBILE CONCRETE PRODUCTION UNIT<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Our company has a mobile concrete<\/strong> production unit with a capacity of 80 m3 \/ h<\/strong> which can meet the needs of customers for the supply of high quality concrete at any point where the production of concrete is required to be carried out on site.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The main advantage of the mobile unit is the short installation of time and immediate production of concrete, without the requirement of special construction site preparation structures, special bases, etc.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mobispa 2 has the ability to circulate in all countries of the European Union as the whole construction meets the necessary European Directives 27\/97 EC, 98\/12-ECE-R13. During the design of Mobispa 2, caution care was taken that both its stability and the necessary safety fully cover the requirements of the DIN 15018 specification & the compliance with the directive 2006\/42 CE.<\/p>\n
